Mr. Raman Grover

Mr. Raman Grover is a visionary business leader with strong expertise in land acquisition, licensing, and project management. With over a decade in the Haryana real estate industry, he started his career at Modi Xerox, where his leadership and business sense helped him excel. After a brief entrepreneurial journey in corporate printing, he found his true passion in real estate and developed a deep understanding of policies, regulations, and approval processes needed for successful residential and commercial projects.
As Director of Riseonic Realty Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Grover leads with clarity, integrity, and strategic vision. He has played a key role in identifying valuable land parcels and turning them into thriving developments through smooth coordination with landowners, consultants, and government bodies. His commitment to innovation and sustainable development continues to guide the company toward creating modern, well-planned communities that contribute to Haryana’s growth.
Mr. Suresh Yadav
An experienced professional with more than 20 years in the real estate business, Mr. Suresh Yadav Starting out with property investments and land dealings in Haryana, he gained in-depth knowledge of market trends, regulations and project execution.
By this time, Mr. Yadav had already been responsible for completing numerous residential and commercial projects successfully over the years. Assessing land viability, securing legal and regulatory approvals and managing smooth delivery of projects is his speciality.
